Harry Wilson came off the bench to score twice in injury time, leading Fulham to a stunning comeback victory against Brentford.
The Welsh forward found the net in the second and seventh minutes of stoppage time, completing an incredible turnaround after Vitaly Yanelt’s brilliant goal had put Brentford in front in the 24th minute.
Substitute Wilson executed an audacious backheel to convert Adama Traore’s cross, which looped over Mark Flekken, finally breaking through a resilient Brentford defense in Monday’s West London derby.

Just when it appeared that the Whites had secured a well-deserved point after firing 25 shots on goal, the 27-year-old headed in Anthonee Robinson’s cross at the last moment to ensure his side took all three points.
Brentford had seemed poised to snatch a smash-and-grab victory after Yanelt struck a left-footed shot from 25 yards in the 24th minute, managing to fend off the dominant hosts for much of the match.
Yanelt’s goal marked Brentford’s first shot on target of the game, and they had only one more throughout the match compared to Fulham’s 11, while Marco Silva’s side also held 69% possession.
This victory lifts Fulham into the top half of the table in ninth place, while Brentford sits in 12th after extending their troubling streak of losing all five away matches this season.
