Last Friday, Victoria Beckham and her daughter Harper were compelled to abruptly end their outing at a Miami restaurant owned by Bad Bunny due to a brawl that erupted over an alleged Lionel Messi selfie.

During the clash, Messi, who plays for David Beckham’s MLS team, Inter Miami, was dining with his wife Antonela Roccuzzo and the Beckhams. An unidentified diner, who was commemorating his child’s birthday and claims he was just taking a picture, was misinterpreted by security as trying to secretly capture a selfie with Messi and was assaulted, resulting in blood on his face.

The male victim recounted to the Daily Mail, “They attacked us; they kicked me out and hit me in the face. Just because my friend was trying to take a picture with Messi’s wife, not with Beckham or Messi, nothing. It was a family celebration.”

However, a representative for the restaurant, Gekko, informed Page Six that the patron involved was intoxicated and had become aggressive. The spokesperson stated, “An intoxicated guest was excessively photographing other patrons and was asked to stop. He continued to take pictures and was calmly escorted out of the venue.” The spokesperson elaborated that the guest later returned, attempted to forcefully push his way back inside, and was prevented from re-entering.

Victoria Beckham was seen leading her 12-year-old daughter Harper into a black SUV following the incident. However, she has not responded to Page Six’s request for a comment. Instead, she downplayed the altercation by posting pictures on Instagram and claiming she had “so much fun.”
